Terms of the beta

KinoFlow is in a closed beta. By signing in you agree to the following.
Your work
What you write and what Kino makes from it is yours. KinoFlow claims nothing in it.
The beta
Kino's model features are not offered in every region; where they are not, the app says so and the rest of it still works. The app is unfinished and will change; features may be added, changed or removed, and a version may be retired, in which case the app asks you to download the next one. It is provided as it is, without a promise that it works, and you keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Credits
Kino's reading, planning and drawing cost credits, which the KinoFlow team adds to beta accounts by hand. They are not money, cannot be bought, refunded or transferred during the beta, and may be reset when the beta ends.
Use
One account per person, for your own film work. Do not use it to make or share what is unlawful, and do not try to take the app or the server apart or to get around its limits. The model providers' own policies apply to what you ask Kino to do.
Ending
You can stop at any time; your projects stay on your Mac. KinoFlow can close a beta account that breaks these terms, and can end the beta for everyone with a week's notice.
Paid plans, when they start
The price, what it includes and how it renews are shown before you pay. A monthly plan renews each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the account page in the app; it then runs to the end of the month paid for. A change of price is announced at least thirty days before it applies to you. The credits a plan includes expire at the end of the month they were issued for, within six months of being issued, and are not money. Refunds, and the notices for Taiwan and Japan, are on Refunds and cancellation; the seller's notice for Japan is on 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of 【jurisdiction】, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer in Japan, Taiwan, the United States or Canada, nothing here takes away the protections that the law of your home gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement.

内测
Kino 的模型功能不在所有地区提供；不提供的地区，应用会说明，其余功能照常。应用尚未完成，会不断变化；功能可能增加、修改或删除，某个版本可能停用，那时应用会请你下载下一个版本。它按现状提供，不保证正常运行；凡是你丢不起的东西，请自己保留副本。
积分
Kino 读、规划和画图都要消耗积分，内测账号的积分由 KinoFlow 团队手动添加。积分不是钱，内测期间不能购买、退还或转让，内测结束时可能清零。
使用
一人一个账号，用于你自己的影视创作。不要用它制作或传播违法内容，不要试图拆解应用或服务器，或绕过其限制。你让 Kino 做的事同时受模型提供方自身政策的约束。
结束
你随时可以停止使用，项目留在你的 Mac 上。违反本条款的内测账号 KinoFlow 可以关闭；内测整体结束会提前一周通知。
付费方案（开始后）
价格、包含的内容和续订方式会在付款前显示。月付方案每月续订，直到你取消为止；你随时可以在应用的账户页面取消，方案使用到已付费的那个月结束。价格调整至少提前三十天通知你。方案包含的积分在其所属月份的月底失效（自发放起不超过六个月），积分不是钱。退款规则以及对台湾、日本用户的说明见退款与取消；日本法律要求的经营者信息见特定商取引法に基づく表記。
法律
本条款受【管辖地】法律管辖，争议由其法院管辖。如果你是日本、台湾、美国或加拿大的消费者，本条款不减损你所在地法律赋予你且不能以约定放弃的保护。
